Welcome to the 2010 Open 470 European Championships

As well as hosting the 2010 Open 470 European Championships - this unique city which is located on the Bosphorous Strait and sits between Europe and Asia is also the European City of Culture in 2010. With a strong sailing heritage and excellent sailing waters - this magical city is waiting to welcome sailors from around the world.

Turkey is a strong partner with the 470 Class and most recently has hosted the 2001 470 Junior World Championships and the 1998 470 European Championships.
