Arrival

Stewards will guide you as to where to unload, leave your boat/board and where to park

Sailing on Saturday or Sunday

1. If you intend to go sailing on Saturday 11^th or Sunday 12^th April you must sign in and out at the Race Office. You must provide your own rescue cover and name a responsible adult

2. From midday on Saturday 11^th April onwards only sailors that have completed measurement and registration can go out on the water

Procedure for Equipment Inspection and Registration

1. Sailors come to the Race Office and hand in your entry form (this has been emailed to you) – signed by you and your guardians

2. You will be given the branding for your boat and your information pack

3. You will be given a trolley tag with your sail number on it. This must be securely attached to the front of your trolley

4. Each boat should download an equipment inspection form from the document section of the entry website (Baz and the equipment inspection team will have copies for those who do not have them with them) and proceed to measurement

5. The equipment inspectors will help on branding and confirm that it is correctly position (diagrams will be available at measurement for boats and boards; for boats the branding will be positioned 250mm from the bow; boards will have branding on the sail back to back and positioned as per the diagram)

6. Completed equipment inspection forms will be signed off at by the equipment inspection team

7. Completed forms must then be taken to the race office to complete completed registration

8. You may now go sailing as per the instructions above.

If selected for the ISAF team you will need to have your passports at the end of the week
